## What it does

- **Recurring rounds** — set a customer's frequency (4-weekly, 8-weekly, one-off)
  and GlassM8 rolls the next clean forward automatically. No re-entering work.
- **Route optimisation** — the day's jobs ordered into a sensible driving route
  on a map, so you're not doubling back across town.
- **Invoicing & payments** — invoice from the doorstep; customers pay by card or
  Direct Debit (GoCardless) straight off the invoice. Payments reconcile against
  the right clean automatically.
- **Crew management** — assign jobs to cleaners, keep staff records, see who did
  what and when.
- **Customer database** — addresses, prices, frequencies, access notes and full

## Common questions

**Do I need to be technical to use it?** No. If you can use a maps app on your
phone you can run GlassM8. Most cleaners book their first round within ten minutes.

**Can I move an existing round across?** Yes. Send your customer list in any
format and GlassM8 imports names, addresses, prices and frequencies for you, free,
as part of setup.

**How do customers pay?** By card or Direct Debit through GoCardless, straight
from the invoice.

**Does it work on the doorstep with poor signal?** GlassM8 runs in the phone
browser, loads fast, is built for tapping with cold hands, and syncs when signal
returns.

**Do my customers need an app or a login?** No. Each customer gets a private link —
no app to download, no password, no sign-up. They tap it and see their balance, next
cleans and clean history, and can pay or set up a Direct Debit from there.
